Delivery Charges:

Smartphones and Tablets:

• Shop Pickup - Free
• Regular Delivery (Inside Dhaka) - BDT 100
• Regular Delivery (Outside Dhaka) - BDT 200
• Express On Day Delivery (Inside Dhaka) - BDT 300

Smart Gadgets and Accessories:

• Shop Pickup - Free
• Regular Delivery (Inside Dhaka) - BDT 70
• Regular Delivery (Outside Dhaka) - BDT 120
• Express On Day Delivery (Inside Dhaka) - BDT 200

Additional Notes:

• For Cash On Delivery outside Dhaka, 1% extra Courier Condition Charge will be added to the total order amount.
• For products weighing above 1 kg, delivery charge may increase as per courier service rules.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
• For Cash On Delivery, an advance amount must be paid via MFS/Bank Transfer:
  • BDT 501 – 5,000: Advance BDT 500
  • BDT 5,001 – 50,000: Advance BDT 1,000
  • Above BDT 50,000: Advance BDT 2,000

Delivery Timeline:

• Regular Delivery (Inside/Outside Dhaka): Within 24 to 96 hours.
• Express Delivery: Same day if ordered before 4:00 PM (next working day if after 4:00 PM).
• Shop Pickup (Khilgaon Outlet): Available same day (subject to outlet opening hours and stock availability).
• Timelines may extend due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
